Such a lovely and well-crafted story! One of the best points was how the author conveyed the quieter but extremely powerful strength of all of the female characters. I loved the references and descriptions of all sorts of art. It felt so enlightening and captivating reading about it! I think this has become my “read this if you’re an old soul” recommendation!
